My Fitness blog!!!!

So I finally got a proper fitspo/journal Today I am starting my new life and I want to share it with you!!

first things first. 
Why?
Because I want to be a healthier, lose a couple pounds, have endurance (that is null right now), look awesome naked, gain a little bit of self-confidence, stop hiding and go out, like myself and did I mention my health? well.. mostly because all off what I just said, and because I can do it. 

How? that is the hard part. 
I am making a meal plan for myself, and because I am living inside of the campus and here if you live in campus you gotta eat on the cafeteria, and you know cafeteria food right? greasy gross not healthy at all... 
But I am planning in stick to the few things that look healthier, like salad, beans, whole grain rice and to increase my protein intake (the hard part) I'll have to eat things like soybeans peanuts stuff like that... honestly it has been a challenge, to know what to chose, and it will keep being, the only meal that I can plan and know for sure that I'll have that, is breakfast. 
anyway, even not being a pretty picture I plan to overcome all the challenges...

My workout plan, well classes did not start yet, but while I have the time I will go for a run in the morning and complement the run with a 10min workout from popilates, and in the afternoon the 30-day shred from Jillian Michaels. 
I found this printable on tumblr and I did print it and hung it on the wall, so I see it everyday and I have no excuse not to do it. 
when class starts I'll adapt if necessary.
