This is my fitness blog, I am currently challenging myself to be the best version of me, and I want to keep it documented, I enjoy eating the same way I hate exercising, but that is about to change. plans are to make fitness a lifestyle and changing myself in whole, not in part, making a schedule, planing meals, exercising, I really need this.
